What to Do

The Telluride Nordic Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the education and enhancement of Nordic skiing for individuals of all ages and abilities in the Telluride Region. TNA professionally grooms and maintains trail systems for cross-country skiing at Priest Lake and Trout Lake.  TNA hosts the Butch Cassidy Ski Chase, a Nordic Equipment Swap and provides lessons, clinics, tours, rentals and youth programs through the Nordic Center in Town Park.

The Telluride Resort Store carries the official Telluride Ski Resort apparel, souvenirs, and gifts. The store is located in Mountain Village in the Gondola Building plaza.

Telluride Sitters offers child care services for residents and visitors of Telluride and the San Juan Mountains. They provide the highest quality of childcare while buidling lasting relationships with each child. Their staff only includes professionals who are over 21 and who are CPR/First Aid certified. Male babysitters are available as well. Babysitters come to you and can provide equipment and toy rentals if needed.

Telluride Sports has been providing Gear and Guidance since 1972, and are your one-stop outfitter for gearing up for winter fun. They carry full lines of the best Skiing & Snowboarding equipment and outerwear at their flagship locations in Telluride and Mountain Village, with expert custom bootfitters and ski techs on hand to help you.  You can also count on Telluride Sports for the best in winter mountain apparel & Telluride’s deepest footwear selection to keep you covered in style. 

Telluride Trappings & Toggery is Telluride's longest standing retail store since 1972, carrying apparel, shoes and accessories for men, women and children, as well as housewares. Founders, Terry Tice and Susan Gulick lived in the back of the store and started their enterprise under the assumption that even cowboys and hippy ski bums needed a place to buy clothes. The shop quickly earned the reputation as being a cool, affordable, sensible place to shop. Now owned and operated by Wendy Basham and Todd Tice, the Toggery has expanded its repertoire to accommodate Telluride’s larger and more sophisticated clientele, featuring popular lines like Lucky Brand, Michael Stars, Tommy Bahama, Frye and Free People; and offering mens, womens, and kids clothing, housewares, shoes and accessories. 

Telluride Veterinary Clinic is a full-service, small animal veterinary clinic providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. They provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. They also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house digital and digital dental x-ray capabilitiesand a closely supervised hospitalization area. 

Hub Telluride is a full-service technology boutique in the beautiful mountain town of Telluride, Colorado. In addition to their retail space with best-in-class electronics and Apple-centric accessories, they also offer services such as home audio/video installations, point-of-sale solutions, surveillance installations, Mac and PC repairs, in-store tutoring and workshops.

The North Face, located in Heritage Plaza in Mountain Village, offers North Face brand performance apparel, equipment, and footwear. Their products include jackets, hats, gloves, sportswear, shoes, and much more for all sporting activities.

Tricks & Treats Pet Sitting, owned by Marie Whelan, has been taking care of pets in the Telluride area since 2004. Catering to all your pet sitting needs, whether it may be daily dog walks, hotel, condo or home visits, daily check-ins, kennel services, doggie day sitting, cat & bird visits and more. 

Two Skirts is a high-end, full-service women’s boutique located in beautiful Telluride, Colorado. They carry apparel, accessories, make-up, shoes, and jewelry.

The Wine Mine in Telluride has been in business for over 16 years. They are known for their quality products and service. They specialize in unique, small production wines of impeccable quality and value. 

Wizard Entertainment sells and rents movies, video games, electronic accessories, and selected CDs. They also sell tickets to all of the local music and theatrical events. Additionally, Wizard has recently added a custom framing service as well as an inventory of vintage and new posters. 

YX Salon is a full service salon in Telluride that offers products for hair, skin, and body. They offer highlighting, coloring, haircuts, styling, waxing, and facials.
