The Telluride Fire Festival is centered around a public and interactive experience of fire artistry in Telluride, Colorado on January 14-18th, 2016 — FREE TO ALL. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 5pm- 8pm, watch spontaneous fire performances and view the many forms of fire art — “art cars”, fire dancers, and fire-emitting sculptures. Additional evening ticketed musical entertainment is available at a variety of venues. During the day, the public can partake in a variety of free educational workshops to learn of the different craft(s) of fire artistry firsthand from the artists. In addition, during the weekend preceding the event, there will be a fire art-welding workshop, to give people the opportunity to create pieces to be showcased at the Festival.
