The Stronghouse provides studio space to professional working artists in one of the oldest buildings in town. In addition to visual artist studios, there is a black & white darkroom, screen printing lab, and a music rehearsal and recording studio. The Stronghouse Gallery is a warm, welcoming exhibit space in the Historic Stronghouse building in the old warehouse district. The historic wood plank floors and stone walls make a charming environment that lends itself to experimental works, installations and more traditional exhibits that change monthly. The gallery space also provides a reception area for the Telluride Arts District offices and the Stronghouse Studios.
