Since 1997, Diggity Doggs has been serving up hot dogs, burgers, and barbeque at a reasonable price. The business began as a cart service during the summer outside of the Court House and Sheridan Opera House and has since moved indoors to its current location in the Mountain Village core during the winter.
Dinner at Eleven combines adventure, cuisine, and a most unique mountain ambience. The experience includes a snowmobile ride to The Observatory where a chef will be on site to prepare and serve appetizers and a fabulous dinner and desserts, chosen by you from a wide range of selections. In the beautiful cabin, there is an enormous fireplace, a big hot tub, and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the mountain beauty. After a night's stay, the snowmobile takes you back down the mountain.
Esperanza Reyes has ran the Tequila's in Glenwood Springs for 14 years and finally opened one in Telluride in 2013. The restaurant serves authentic Mexican food including enchiladas with mole, burritos, carne asada, tortilla soup, tacos, and seafood dishes with a Tex-Mex flair. The menu also boasts many different kinds of margaritas and a variety of tequilas.
Fondue for You is a new fondue delivery service that brings the taste of Switzerland to Telluride and Mountain Village. Gracie Everitt, the owner, started the company out of the blue making its debut at Arroyo Gallery & Wine Bar, where it continues to set up shop on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. Fondue originated in the Alps and typically consists of bread or other foods that are dipped in warm, melted cheese. Fondue for You offers a traditional swiss cheese fondue, a vegetable fondue, and a dessert fondue that includes strawberries, donuts, and chocolate.
At an elevation of 11,885 ft., Giuseppe's is an on-mountain restaurant located at the top of the Plunge Lift at the Telluride Ski Resort. This local favorite offers southern comfort food, sandwiches, soup, snacks, beer, and wine.

La Tortilla Ria is conveniently located at the base of Lift 7 in the Cimmaron Lodge. They offer coffee, a bakery, and delicious breakfast burritos.
