Megan Ossola spent much time in her childhood around food, celebrating the preparation, the creativity, and the dedication of using the freshest organic ingredients to create great dishes. After college, she spent a number of years working in restaurants across the country where she gained inspiration from regional styles and expertise from other culinary masters. She moved to Telluride in 1996, and began working as a private chef for local families and visitors in 2000, when she opened The Butcher and Baker Cafe. The menu includes breakfast foods, a variety of sandwiches, salads, homemade soups, side dishes, burgers, steak, fish & chips, seafood, and of course fresh bakery goods. 

The Coffee Cowboy Shop is a very unique coffee shop offering organic coffee, espresso drinks, chocolate drinks, teas, specialty drinks, iced drinks, and blended drinks. They also offer coffee by the pound, personalized coffee cups and mugs, and flavored syrups. 

Florie and Charlie Kane began the Floradora Saloon in 1973 and actively operated the restaurant for six years. It was quite a challenge in those days with the seasonal activities and sparse festivals. In 2005 Florie and Charlie’s middle son, Roscoe, joined the business as the chef to create a lively and fresh menu. They strive to make this restaurant a good representative of Telluride using fresh, local food with an innovative menu. Their menu includes a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, steak, spaghetti, crab legs, tacos, lamb chops, mahi mahi, and burgers. 

After a long day on the slopes, trails or shopping circuit, there's simply no better place to kick up your heels, enjoy a libation and unwind than the Great Room. It’s massive fireplace, oversized club chairs, rich lodge-style furniture and live jazz or acoustic guitar all generate a warm welcome home atmosphere. Cocktails, aperitifs, wines, and a selection of domestic and imported beers are available.

Unique among Telluride restaurants, The Nook offers casual American cuisine in a comfortable lodge setting. You will find all of your favorite appetizers with a twist, fresh dinner special made daily, a diverse children's menu, and homemade tavern fare using fresh, local ingredients. Located in The Hotel Telluride, The Nook has something for everyone whether a hearty breakfast to sustain your day on the slopes or just to enjoy a casual cozy meal paired with a fine glass of wine. 

Chef Bud Thomas would like to invite you to The View Bar & Grill. Thirty foot floor to ceiling windows looking out at the iconic San Sophia ridge, a grand wood-burning stone fireplace, and 4 big screen TV’s combine to make this the ultimate Telluride hangout. Located inside the Mountain Lodge in Telluride, The View Bar & Grill is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy a cocktail, great dinner, or have some apres ski fun. Their menu includes breakfast items, snacks, sandwiches, soups and salads, steak, chicken, and lamb. 

Johnny Gerona was born in Switzerland and with a Spanish father and an Italian mother, his cooking has been influenced greatly by his European background and travels.  A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, he began his culinary career at a young age working in many fine dining restaurants including Arcadia restaurant in New York City.  After working in Spain, France, and Italy he relocated to Telluride, Colorado. With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, in May of 2013, Johnny opened his newest restaurant, The Village Table. The Village Table has wonderful salads and sandwiches for lunch, a full tapas menu and many delicious Mediterranean inspired entrees for dinner. 

There... Bar, located on Pacific Avenue in Telluride, is an intimate restaurant that serves up inventive cocktails and irresistible Asian-inspired tapas. The unique, artsy decor offsets a fantastical menu of small bites, tapas, meals, and desserts.

Tomboy Tavern features a wraparound bar, expanded indoor seating, and big screen televisions for game day to go along with the best beer garden and patio in Telluride. Enjoy craft beers, cocktails and a menu to suit the whole group for lunch and dinner. Enjoy a beer and the view under the umbrella at Tomboy Tavern. 

Tracks Cafe & Bar, located in the Mountain Village core at the base of Lift 4, serves sandwiches, soups, salads, and the ever-popular teriyaki rice bowls to hungry skiers and riders. The bar has an extensive list of local Colorado beers. Tracks Cafe is a great place to warm up, grab a cup of coffee, and enjoy the game. 

Zest, a "euro-deli", is owned and operated by Creative Food and Catering. They offer a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, soups, and ready-made meals, all with a focus on health and delicious taste. They specialize in catering for all events.
