Siam has been serving traditional and contemporary Thai food in downtown Telluride since 2006.  Their family owned and operated restaurant offers friendly service, a comfortable, casual atmosphere and affordable prices. Using only the freshest ingredients with asian spices and herbs their uniquely crafted meals are always decadent feasts with dishes that will titillate your tastebuds with the exotic tastes and textures of Thai cuisine.

One of the most popular restaurants in town is Siam Telluride and the founder of Siam, Jeff Badger, brings his talents to the Inn at Lost Creek.  Siam’s Talay Grille at the Inn is an Asian Seafood Restaurant that also features the most popular of Thai appetizers from Siam Telluride. Jeff and his team focus on using the freshest ingredients including fresh fish flown in daily plus a focus on providing exceptional service. 

Smuggler's only serves the highest quality of Colorado sourced beef, pork, lamb and chicken. They work closely with farms in Delta, Montrose and the surrounding communities to establish a farm to table economy for fresh dairy, proteins and produce. With few exceptions everything is made in house with natural ingredients. This includes: desserts, pickles, sausages, dressings, spice blends, cocktail syrups, bitters and more. They use non-GMO fryer oil and proudly hand cut and twice fry our potatoes. Boasting many medals and awards from beer competitions and festivals such as the Great American Beer Festival the brewery is pride and joy of the restaurant.

Telluride's only Starbucks is located at Madeline Hotels and Residences. Classic, convenient, and how you like it every time. Starbucks offers coffee drinks, iced drinks, smoothies, and breakfast and lunch snacks. 

Steamies Burger Bar is a contemporary burger joint serving up the American classic with a healthy twist. They steam their burgers rather than frying, grilling or charbroiling. This makes for deliciously different bites. Their mission is to create a revolutionary dining experience unlike any other in a hip and unique setting on Main Street, Telluride, Colorado. From burgers to dogs, fries to veggies, salads to shakes and more -they've got something for everyone.

The Steaming Bean is Mountain Village's only locally roasted coffee shop located in The Peaks Resort and Spa. The Steaming Bean offers a warm welcoming atmosphere serving hand-crafted espresso drinks, fresh coffee, homemade pastries, and light fare. 

Tucked in a quiet park just off Main Street is one of Telluride’s best-kept secrets, Telluride Bistro—the local’s restaurant. Telluride Bistro provides world-class cuisine at down-to-earth prices in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere with friendly, thoughtful service. They specialize in Northern Italian fare using fresh, local, organic ingredients. Their wine list includes a unique and varied selection in every category to suit a variety of tastes.

Chris Fish and Tommy Thacher met at a local bar one night and discussed their dream of opening a brewery, which became a reality in 2011 when they partnered with a real estate broker and a local graphic artist to build their brewery and fine tune their brewing process. The result is a variety of beers that come straight from Rocky Mountain snowmelt, which are made with premium malts and worthy hops. The taste is smooth and rich. Since the first beer was poured in 2012, Telluride Brewing has been on a tear. Telluride Brewing has undergone three different expansions, which have allowed production to double each year.

Telluride Coffee Company consists of an intimate coffee shop nestled in the heart of Mountain Village, and a coffee kiosk located in the Mountain Village Market. Telluride Coffee specializes in making a custom coffee drink just the way you like it, using their award winning blends of coffee which are roasted to perfection and always fresh.  Their coffee is roasted in Colorado and shipped daily from their family roaster who uses only the finest free trade Arabica coffee beans imported from around the world.

Right next to the Mountain Market, Telluride Outfitters offers tours of Telluride and a local gourmet coffee shop. The Steaming Bean is a great little coffee place to sit and relax before or after an adventurous tour. Telluride Outfitters has been giving great snowmobile guided tours since 1988 and have since then expanded bringing additional outdoor activities to all guests.

Patty Denny, in 1997, started her company in the beautiful box canyon of Telluride, and called it Telluride Truffle. Telluride Truffles are handmade with organic Colorado cream, Belgian Chocolate and fine liqueurs and natural flavors. Named after the mountain activities everyone loves such as Powder Day, Snow Capped and Mud Season they are truly unique.

A fondue restaurant has been a desire in Telluride for a long time. Over the last year, Karla Elinoff has worked to create The Alpinist & The Goat, which has fondue menu selections that will delight the eye and the palette. Serving traditional Swiss, Basque Spanish, Montblanc French, and La Cortina Italian selections, their menu includes sides, salads, cheese fondue, meat fondue, dessert fondue, and a variety of bar drinks. 

The Angler Inn is a 14-room hotel and New American-style restaurant nestled in the San Juan Mountains near Telluride. Their New American-style menu focuses on seasonal ingredients, with something for everyone. Dinner and Sunday brunch are served in a cozy, down-to-earth environment, complete with plenty of outdoor seating and a beer garden with fire pit.

The Brown Bag is a local sandwich shop offering hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items. They offer dine-in, take out, and catering.
